It’s important for young people to have their say, a lot of young people  feel detached from it all, either because of lack of knowledge, lack of  interest or maybe just giving up entirely due to constant neglect or  dismissal of their opinions. If people want anything to change, they have  to make something happen for themselves, those who feel they have a lack of  opportunities have to create opportunities for themselves. I grew up in an area where there weren’t many opportunities and decided to take matters into my own hands and make things happen for myself. You can’t expect things to fall on your lap. Now I’m in a band that talks about current social issues that are important to me and many other people.

Don’t be a part of the silent generation. Be heard. Be counted. Be Missing Andy!
